But you've not explained what the problem is.
From the image, you are generating a 1Vpk 1Hz sine signal at 1000S/s using the test panel and the capture a 1Hz 1Vpk signal (probably on a scope or another DAQ), so it is working well.

The Problem is: there are two Spikes in the signal. When i repeat amount and position changes.

I couldn't solve the problem and stopped working on it, because i have no further ideas what i can do.
Both of the pictured spikes appear right at the downward slope zero crossing of the sine wave. Have you done any reading up on "glitch energy"? I'm no expert in the area, but offhand the magnitude of your spikes seems quite a bit higher than I'd have expected.
Do you see this on only the 2 new PCs and not on the older ones? Is anything else connected to your analog output signals when you measure them?
