Hi,
What could you said by "the signal seems to be overranged" ?
I think you go on a test panel under MAX, and set the AO0 to generate a sinus a 1V.
On the field for maximum and minimum value ther is +10V & -10V, no ?

Hi,
Have you configured correctly the BNC-2110 ?
On this one you can set a thermocouple for measure temperature on Ch0.
On MAX, when you configure the property of the board, i think you have choose an BNC-2110, isn't it ?
All of the devices in the 672x series of analog output devices incorrectly list the BNC-2111 as an accessory option. This is a typing error. To use your PCI-6722 analog output device with the BNC-2110, select the BNC-2111 as the accessory. This properly configures your device to work with the BNC-2110.

And after you can have this connection :
BNC-2111 Channel | AO Channel |
AO 0 | AO 0 |
AO 1 | AO 1 |
AI 7 | AO 2 |
AI 6 | AO 3 |
AI 5 | AO 4 |
AI 4 | AO 5 |
AI 3 | AO 6 |
AI 2 | AO 7 |

It's more easy to use a scb-68 or scb-68, because we haven't this problem.
Yes i'm from the french support team.

Hi,
Which version of the BNC-2110 do you use ?
You can found the revision of the bottom, ther is the letter on the part number.
Revisions D and higher of the BNC-2110 are changed to include mappings for the 671x boards. The modifications include an overlay with the right labels for AI (analog input) and AO (analog output), and changing the position of AO channels 0 and 1 so that they coincide with all other AO channels.
All previous revisions of the BNC-2110 are compatible with the 671X boards, but with the following mapping:
671X BNC-2110
AO-0 DAC 0 Out
AO-1 DAC 1 Out
AO-2 ACH7
AO-3 ACH6
AO-4 ACH5
AO-5 ACH4
AO-6 ACH3
AO-7 ACH2
