The power supplies for the NI USB-6251 and USB-6229 in our company got lost.
The official part from NI is 780046-01 as described in https://knowledge.ni.com/KnowledgeArticleDetails?id=kA00Z000000kJdiSAE
Is there are more readily (and possibly less expensive) alternative to this power supply?
According to the information on the page mentioned above, NI would be fine with "an NEC Class 2 DC source".

Just any off the shelf 12V 2A DC supply with proper polarity for the connector should work. But don't just go for those cheap ones, you can't guess the failure modes, sometimes it can end damaging your DAQ as well.
Get some reputable industrial supplies that are known to be robust.

Thanks a lot for your help on my somewhat naive question.
How about the MeanWell GST25A12-P1J 12Vdc 2A Power Brick on https://uk.rs-online.com/web/p/ac-dc-adapters/1176129?
I was actually particularly unsure about the type and size of the plug, because the official NI power supply seems to have a thread/screw for ensuring fixation. For my measurement application it would probably be worse to pull down the NI devices with the power supply cable than unplugging the devices.
