Power over Ethernet for cDAQ 913x (Windows)

Hello everyone,

we are thinking about using a cDAQ system to grab and process images from a GigE camera alongside some other data aquisition. The camera we have in mind supports power over ethernet (PoE) so we could eliminate the need for an additional bulky power supply.

So, can I run this camera with the built-in second ethernet port of, say, a cDAQ-9136 (Windows)? I have searched the manual but haven't found anything, yet...

Hello pktl2k,

at the moment our controller do not support PoE. You can use Poe injector to supply the camera
