Hi, I have got a NI PXI/PCI-5401 Arbitrary Function Generator card which can output voltages of +/-5V into a 50 ohm load and +/- 10V into a high-impedence load. The problem is that with my below attached vi, the maximum output voltage I get is +/-0.05V. If I increase the gain above 10, I get an error message.

I looked at your VI, and it appeared that you were correctly wiring a control to the amplitude input of niFgen Configure Standard Waveform.
