PFI/Digital input copied to all digital channels in PCIe-6320

We are using  PCIe-6320 DAQ card in our PC based system.

Recently we observed a strange behaviour of DAQ card, when the PC is turned off (with power terminal plugged in) and there is any input on any of the PFI/Digital Lines then this input is copied to all the Digital I/O Channels which in turn activates our relays which are connected to these channels (which is very annoying). This behaviour is not observed when the power plug of PC is removed.

We did some testing (in pc turned off condition and power plugged in ) and found that normally the resistance between any of the digital lines is infinite but as soon as a 5 Volts Input is applied to any of the digital lines this resistance comes down to about 110 ohms which leads to shorting between channels and hence copying of 5 Volt input.

Please help us to solve this problem.

Note: We have tried to set up the power-up states to o volt & high-impedance but it is of no use (as these are basically power-down states Smiley Happy).

Please help us.

Thanks

Shourya

I would like to add one more thing.

We have one PCI-6224 and after testing we could not reproduce this problem in 6224. This problem comes in new X Series PCI Express 6320 cards only.
