I need to configure portC of my PCI-6503 as follow: lower nibbles (4 bits) input upper nibbles output This configuation should be in mode 0 (basic I/O). The user manual says it is possible, however, the documentation on DIG_Prt_Config doesn't explain how to achieve this configuration.
