You may have a bad installation of NI-DAQ. Here is what I would suggest doing.
1. Goto Window's Add/Remove Programs and uninstall NI-DAQ. Depending of what version you have, it may show up as Measurement & Automation Explorer.
2. Download the latest version of NI-DAQ from this website. (NI-DAQ 6.9.2)
3. Remove the board from the computer and install NI-DAQ 6.9.2.
4. Reinstall the board into the computer.
Let me know if this does not work. Also, if you have another computer or DAQ board, I would suggest trying different combinations.
