PCI 4472B versus USB 4432

can I replace a PCI 4472B with a USB 4432 ?

what are the differences ?  what issues might i encounter ?

The feature are almost same but, there are some difference.

Num of Channel, AC/DC coupled feature, data transferring speed on USB vs PCI bus.
