PC won't boot when PCIe 6321 is plugged

I Have a strange problem, my PC won't boot when I plug the NI PCIe-6321 on the the motherboard (http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/N3150B-ITX/).

I tried with and without the disk drive power connector and still no luck. Can't be the PSU has it have more than enough power (hec HP485D 485W ATX12V Power Supply). Other component connected to the motherboard are just a 4Gb Ram stick and 120Gb Samsung SSD.

The PC boot fine when I unplug the PCIe card.

Best regards!

Fabrice

That is quite odd! Do you have any other cards you've tried plugging in with success? How about trying it in any other computer?
