I got a pressure transducer from omega with three wires: red (power supply+);black (power supply-); and white for single. It has output voltages from 0 to 5.
The transducer needs a supply voltage between 9 to 30. So I used a NI 9263 to supply the power (9V) with red and black wires.
I used a Ni 9205 to read the single voltage.
I read the insturction of Ni 9205 and I know there are three different modes: DIFF, NRSE, and RSE.
But in these modes, it seems like I need another wire. Is that true?
I really don't understand. I only have one single wire. How could I do these connections? Can someone give an example in the case of RSE mode?
Thanks!

Wire the black wire to both 9263 and 9205 (no matter you use DIFF,RSE,NRSE). Be careful that 9263 may not drive enough current for the sensor.

Kateb,
Thanks. Which channel should wire the black wire in 9205? Common?

Wire the black wire to COM, port 17.
