NIDAQmx.lib causes VS.NET IDE to hangs?

Hi,
 
I am using NI-DAQmx 7.3 in the VS.NET 2003 environment, and I encountered a strange but serious problem. Every time after I add the NIDAQmx.lib to my project, the VS.NET IDE is very likely to hang after a couple of minutes, and it could hang faster if I edit some source code. Does it ever happen to anyone of you?
