Hi all,
I have a NI USB-9162 (with a NI 9219 module) that is not showing up on Windows 10 NI MAX Version 2022 Q3.
The device is not blinking. Upon the connection through USB, Windows tries to install the drivers but it fails.
NI MAX has the warning in the screenshot, is seems a Windows issue. I cannot install drivers from Windows, even trying to force the update manually the device remains unknown.
Is there some kind of compatibility issue?
The device is working flawlessly on another computer, running a similar configuration (Windows 10 Pro and NI Max 19).
Thanks for your help.

Try the steps in NI DAQ Device or Module Does Not Appear in LabVIEW And/Or MAX
Note that USB-9162 only supports a subset of C Series modules. See C Series Module Not Seen In cDAQ-9172, USB-9162, WLS-9163, or ENET-9163

Dear ZYong,
thank you very much for your kind reply.
Firstly, I know that USB 9162 supports only a subset of C series module, but 9219 is one of them and it is working fine on one of my PC (Windows 10 Pro and NI Max 19).
I read through the troubleshooting you suggested, and I think it is a driver issue.
In my working configuration I have the USB running with the niemrkw.sys driver (as in the attached screenshot).
The issue is when I move it to the different PC with different configuration (Windows 10 NI MAX Version 2022 Q3).
There I do not have the niemrkw.sys driver, I have checked the Windows/System32/drivers folder and it is not there. Did I do something wrong in the installation?
Thanks for your help.
