Hi,
I have been using this io for a while and it suddenly stopped working this week. I was using it like a month ago for calibration and now when I plug it in to turn it on, it does not have any response. The green light on the front flashes very quickly when plugged in and then it does not have the usual green led indicator that its working.
Using a multimeter, I was able to see that the port was receiving the appropriate 12v to the board. The fuse inside is also not broken or damaged, I am a bit stumped as to what to do for getting this to work.
If anyone has any suggestions on what to do, I would greatly appreciate it as there is not much information online about this occurring or what to do if this issue arises.
