Currently, USB DAQ is not supported on Pocket PC.

Hello, The USB-600x devices are now supported on Pocket PC 2003, with NI-DAQmx Base 2.0.1 and LabVIEW 8.0.1 PDA.  You can download NI-DAQmx Base 2.0.1 here:  Multifunction DAQ
