NI USB 6008 analog outputs in serial to generate 10 V

We are wondering if it is possible to connect the AO0 to the AO1 as a serial voltage source that generates 5 + 5 Volts?

The datasheet does not say do or dont, but it says they are independent.

 

Worst case scenario being short circuiting one of the outputs if the ground is common?
