NI USB-6002 OEM board, External USB connection

Hi!

I am making a PCB  that will include a few pressure sensors, thermocouple, bnc connector, and a USB Type B Connector.
I was wondering if there is an app note or guideline for using an external USB connector, Do I need to be take in mind any filtering or emi supression? or is it included in the OEM board?

Keep the leads short, together, and away from power traces.  Otherwise, no, not really. 

I'll put in some TVS diodes to protect against ESD, but those aren't necessary.

Shoudln't need any filtering or protection unless you're in an exceptionally noisy (electrically) environment.
