NI MyDaq not recognized but in devices in windows

For a start I am not computer savvy and I am trying to use this for a college course:

My device shows in the windows devices but is not showing in the NI Launcher.
I was able to use this exact equipment 2 weeks ago without issue.

I thought it was a license issue:

But when I try to add it via the online account:

It says its invalid. 
I tried removing and redownloading but I'm not sure how to proceed with these isssues.
