From Friday, April 19th (11:00 PM CDT) through Saturday, April 20th (2:00 PM CDT), 2024, ni.com will undergo system upgrades that may result in temporary service interruption.
We appreciate your patience as we improve our online experience.
We are using an old DAQ AI-16E-4, configured for DIFF -10to+10V, with the system set to receive 10V, and 0V applied it has a voltage of approx. 5V. Is there any way to remove this bias voltage or calibrate the card? We can't seem to find the calibration software recommended and NI does not support any longer. Thanks.
