NI DAQCard-AI-16E-4 (NI 6041E)

We are using an old DAQ AI-16E-4, configured for DIFF -10to+10V, with the system set to receive 10V, and 0V applied it has a voltage of approx. 5V. Is there any way to remove this bias voltage or calibrate the card? We can't seem to find the calibration software recommended and NI does not support any longer. Thanks.

Hey,

Has this card recently been exhibiting this behavior? Has it been used regularly prior to or just been sitting unused?

It is one of our older products but you can try looking at our archived calibration procedure for those devices:
