NI-DAQ 9189 not seen in NI max in network devices

I am not able to detect my cDAQ9189 on the network.

I have tried the troubleshooting guide:https://knowledge.ni.com/KnowledgeArticleDetails?id=kA03q000000YGv1CAG&l=en-US

Manually assigned IP to my computer but was still unable to detect it in NI max. I have tried various combination where I have connected it directly to the computer and also over a switch and a router.

I am attaching the NImax report, please suggest!
