Hi,

 

Please let me know if I can use the NI 9220 in the CompacDAQ to measure output from a regulated power supply, +5V.

HI,

 

If it's DC, NI 9220 has a measurement range of +-10V, +5V is in measurement range. NI9220 uses differential connection, so you would have to make sure that the regulated power supply terminal is grounded before measuring.
