NI 9203 to NPN hall effect sensor

Hi,

 

Can't get reading from the sensor.  Have tried PNP sensor, no joy. Both  connection diagram is attached

Have 24 V between black and brown wire on NPN sensor and the same 24V between black and blue on PNP sensor, once sensor is activated. But when wires are connected to module 9203 - no output.
