hi there
I am using pci 6251 by simulink and it shows that my device has 48 while the physical digital channels are DI<0..7>,DO<0..7>,WR ENABLE,LATCH,GLB RESET,RD ENABLE and ADDRESS <0..3>.
I looked in the manual and I only found a table(shown below) that identify analog channels.
Is there any table describes how are the 48 channels are mapped to the DAQ device ?

Hi Nawaf.93,
What DAQ device are you looking to use with the PCI 6251? Each device has a unique set of specifications and channel arrangement, so knowing the exact device would be helpful in getting you some more information.
I have also found the specifications for the NI PCI-6251 in case you would like to reference it: http://www.ni.com/pdf/manuals/375213c.pdf

Hi again,
The NI-ELVIS connects to the pci card through the desktop computer, and some more information about how to get started with this device can be seen here: http://www.ni.com/pdf/manuals/374628c.pdf
I also found the NI-ELVIS device pinout from documentation on our website. It shows each pin and what it corresponds to: http://download.ni.com/pub/gdc/tut/elvis_ii_proto-board_pins.pdf
I hope this helps!
