Measuring multiple signals using a USB 4065 DMM

Hi all,

I would like to use a NI USB 4065 DMM to alternately measure two DC signals.  The signals I am measuring are between 0.5mV and 2.0mV.  What is the most cost effective way of achieving this?

Ideally I would like to use labVIEW to control the DAQ system.  My current thinking is to use a multiplexer to switch between the two input signals but as I am new to data aquisition so I don't really know where to start!  Does this seem like a sensible approach and can someone please recommend suitable (low cost) hardware?
