Maximum update rate for DAQCard-6715.

I am trying to generate a signal using a DAQCard-6715 and I am having problems (Error 10803) when I set the update rate to a value greater than 300000. The specs say that the board should work up to 800000 when using a single channel and host PC memory. Am I missing anything in the card configuration, or is it a problem with the PCMCIA bus?

Your computer is having trouble sending data fast enough to keep up with the 6715. A couple of ways to try to resolve this are to write more samples at each write, and increase the buffer size so that the computer will not have to send data as often.

Jason's suggestions are great. Also, you can try shutting down any unnecessary applications running on your computer.
