It would be much easier if you could narrow down which specs are most important to you for your application, there will be tradeoffs on every board. Knowing what you need rather than another card’s specification will be much more helpful.

The PXI-6120 comes to mind as one of the best options from a purely DAQ standpoint.  It features 1MS/s/ch simultaneous sampling on 4 AI channels and up to +-42V input at 16-bit resolution.  It also features AC/DC coupling and a 100kHz lowpass front-end filter that are both enabled/disabled through software (NI-DAQmx). 
 
The biggest missing point from your requirements that I see is the isolated inputs and BNC connectivity.  This document has more information about the specific functional details of the NI 6120 device.
