Vadim,

An upgrade to LV 5.1 is a paid upgrade, for which you will have to
contact NI in some way, shape or form. One of the most convienent ways
to conact us for matters as such is to use our upgrade advisor website:

http://www.ni.com/advisor/

Stepping through these menus will take you to the correct packages,
prices, and will even compile an order form for you to submit via fax or
web.
