I want to acquire simultaneous pressure sensor data from PCI card and USB based external NI card. Can someone help in synchronization of the data acquisition using both cards simultaneously??
Much the same answer as in this recent thread. You'll need physical wiring that shares 1 or more timing signals.

CAUTION! New LabVIEW adopters -- it's too late for me, but you *can* save yourself. The new subscription policy for LabVIEW puts NI's hand in your wallet for the rest of your working life.
