You can do simultaneous buffered waveform acquisition and generation with the 6052E. You'll find useful tutorials and examples on www.ni.com. Here you have some very interesting:

There are some simultaneous AI/AO examples which are shipped with LV too.( At least with LV 6.1)

You can definitely accomplish that task with the 6052E. The best way to do that is by using the same clock pulse train to clock both the Analog Input and Output tasks.

There is a good shipping example in Labview that you can use as start point for your application.
