Input impedence/common mode voltage of 6110/6115

We have a number of 6110 and 6115 boards that have been damaged.  To provide input protection I need to know the input impedence both input + to input -, and both inputs to analog common.  What is the impedence from one channels input common to another one?  What is the maximum common mode voltage on a given channel?  What is the maximum voltage between input commons?
