Does anyone have, or know where I can get schematics for an ISA
CIO-DIO48 board. The one I have isn't working the way I think it
should, and I've already discovered a couple of bad gates. I'd like to
get hold of some schematics so I could troubleshoot it further.

Hello. The ISA-CIO-DIO48 is not a National Instruments Product. You will probably get more information by searching directly through the web.
