Could you please recommend an NI DAQ system that has at least 7 output pins with 4-20 mA output?

Anyway to answer your question,

NI 9465 (4ch) and NI 9466 (8ch) are your options to output 4-20mA current in the smallest form factor. These also need a cDAQ or carrier to interface with your computer.

cDAQ-9171 and cDAQ-9181 are the low cost 1-slot carriers for the 946x cards.
