I'm afraid the DAQpad-6507 only has software timed digital I/O which won't be able to take samples fast enough to determine the frequency of a digital signal. I would recommend looking at a DAQ card that has a counter such as our M-series or E-series cards. There is a specific counter task that is designed to take frequency measurements.
