Start by looking around the examples that ship with LabVIEW (if you are
using LabVIEW).

Also look around zone.ni.com for general data acquisition information &
examples. A good site.

That board of yours only have the capability of doing static digital I/O. By static, I mean that the update of the digital lines will be done by a Software call, and not by hardware; fact that make the synchronization of the analog inputs with the digital lines not possible to be done with that board only. To have that operation accomplished, you will need to have a PCI-DIO-32HS board, and syncrhonize that board together with the 6110 board of yours by using the RTSI bus.
The half buffer of the NI-DAQ function calls is not accessable by address, meaning that the answer to your next question is no.
