I'm using ni-9205 to aquaire the out signal. I connected pin 1 and pin 3 to negative and positive, respectively to the power supply 23 (V), and I connected pin 2 to channale 0 of the ni-9205 and the same negative terminal from the power supply to COM of the ni-9205 and I used differential configuration, but I got not logic voltage readings (e.g. -0.4)!
Any suggestion to solve this issue?

If you are using DIFF terminal mode, the GND pin should be connected to AI8

How about the COM?

OK. I tried (RES) connecting as shown in picture
but I got 0.00771544 (v) as shown in picture below! It is supposed to be 0.3125 (v) as long as I measure the ambient pressure which 1 (bar)

Please cross check the voltage across pin2 and pin1 using a handheld multimeter to ensure the pressure sensor is working.

I think it is not good to measure the ambient pressure.

It is possible, best to test with a pressure chamber or at least compressed air blowing on the sensor.

Yes, it works with a water pump.
