How to usb-6421 CJC

I got a usb-6421 to measure temperature via thermocouple. We use wizard to create a thermocouple channel with built in cjc. It report a error indicating no cjc chanel. We check the hardware configuration. The cjc sensor did exist.  How to solve the situation?
