How to update firmware on CDAQ-9185?

I am having a problem with my CDAQ-9185 and I would like to try to update the firmware.  The problem is that firmware is apparently distributed with daqmx, and I can't download that without using NI Package Manager.  NI Package Manager makes no mention of the firmware CDAQ-9185 so I have no idea where it is or if it was even installed.

Under the INSTALLED tab, if you uncheck the Products only option, you can see the version of cDAQ firmware installed.

I am using CDAQ9134. It is showing "The requested operation failed because versions installed of a driver installed on local & remote systems are different", when i click test panels in max.

When I try to add/remove programs via right clicking "Software" in MAX, the error comes "Could not find the 'RT Images' repository location."

Please guide me how to update firmware.

local computer DAQmX version is 24.5.0

version of all software installed in cDAQ is given in screenshot.

When I search firmware I get "No matches found.".  Maybe that is part of my problem.

I don't know what's going on with your system but it makes me concerned that updating my firmware will break my system.
