Now, I use PCI 6024E and I want to use serial communication but I don't know, How to read (only) the data from serial communication (RS232) using by LabVIEW. Please, recomment me or give me some examples (.vi) . Thank you so much.

Search for examples in LV help on 'serial'. There are quite a few examples that ship with LV. Please note that the 6024 card is not used for serial communications, for this use the built in serial ports on your PC.
