How do I reset the task name

Does anyone know how i reset the task name in a program after the program is stopped. I'm adapting a sample program provided with DAQmx-Base for analog output. THere is a block in the program that is called clear task however every time I try to start the program an error appears telling me that the task already exists. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Hi Kyle,

You can reset task name in Measurment and Automation Explorer (MAX). In MAX expand "My System" and then "NI-DAQmx Tasks" and you will see all your taks names there. If you would like to send me the vi you are using I could have a look at that and show you how to reset the task in that vi.
