I want to connect 3-line Pt resistance temperature sensor to the NI USB-6361 by AI terminal.

My question is : How to connect the three lines?

The USB-6361 is not equiped for resistance measurement.

Easy way : buy an industrial  pt?? to voltage (10V) converter that fit your measurement requirements

Or an NI 9217 and a NI cDAQ-9171, which will be a much more expensive solution than a converter.
