How can I choose DAQ card's sample rate according the measurement signal ???

Hello all,

Now a want to measure a square signal from 27kHz to 32kHz, the measurement parameters should be:

Frequence, RMS, width of the pulse. I also need to show the signal on front panel. of coure the width of the pulse will be mesured by counter. cos the signal need to show on the front panel, I have to use the AI channels. now I don't know how to choose the DAQ card's sample rate????  

How about sample rate 200kS/s???

Anybody can help me on this issue will be a great appreciated!!!
