Is it possible to extend the distance between the PC with the DAQ board and
the SCXI chassis from the official 10 meters to 300 feet?

The main issue with going over the 10 meter limit is signal degredataion due to the high capacitance of the SH68-68 cable. If one were to construct their own cable by only running the necessary communication and analog lines, it is possible that the 10-meter rule could be extended due to a decrease in overall capacitance. Just keep in mind that NI does not generally support this type of effort.
