Hi,
in the user manual of USB-621x family card you can find the different analog input ranges but the corresponding NI-PGIA gains are not mentioned.
As an example, if you choose the "–200 mV to 200 mV" analog input range, does it mean that a gain of 50 is applied by NI-PGIA to the acquired
input signal?
In other card series, as an exmaple the E Series, the gains applied by NI-PGIA corresponding to the different input ranges are reported in the user manual.

Hi,
yes, you are right!! In the example you posted, the gain 50 is apllied to the input measured signal when you set the input range to -200 mV ; 200 mV.
