Hey, i solved the Problem in another way. attached my vi.
The Hüllkuvenanalyse is the last thing i cant get running... Looks really strange. what´s your opinion about it?

like i explained and showed a statemachine and queues are my recommendations.The real important think is, that you now get the results in an expected way to make decision or improvements in your machine or plant.
