Would there be a way to add a 1M input impedance to the USB-6356 device so that an oscilloscope would not have to be connected

The best option is to get the charge converter from the sensor manufacturer, if you could not do so, you can try adding the 1M load like below.

Thank you, yes I have contacted the manufacturer for a quote on the charge converter, but in the mean time I will give that a shot and see how it goes.

I was able to try that solution and it is working just like when connected to the scope, so that will work until I can get a charge converter!
