I have problem with USB X Series 6343. When i try use triggering block i get following error

As the message and specs say, you only have digital triggering so specifying an analog trigger is not correct.

That is unclear. Do you simply want to immediately acquire an analog signal or do you want start an acquisition from a trigger?

First of all of course to acquire a digital signal (because 6343 support only digital signals but i have analog) and then start an acquisition from a trigger.

Connect an external comparator to the signal you want to trigger off of.

I am hesitant to even mention this... but if you acquire continuously you could determine when the trigger condition is met in software and only keep the data you are interested in.
