Does NI 6238 6239 Analog Output Accuracy include Random Noise?

At Device Specifications of NI 6238/6239, the Analog Output absolute accuracy has an item "Random Noise: 2 uA", but the "AO Absolute Accuracy Equation" doesn't contain it!

 

Seems the equation lost the Noise Uncertainty item?

Should the Noise Uncertainty = Random Noise * 3 / sqrt(Averaging)?

I find a previous data sheet, it seems the Random Noise is included, but it didn't consider the Averaging effect to noise, don't know whether the latest Device Specification is right or not...
