No, you cannot perform hardware-timed digital output through any of the DIO lines. However, you
can generate a continuous
pulse train at 10 kHz using one of the 6036's counter/timers, and the output will be TTL-logic compatible. If this will work for you, you can find shipping examples for generating pulse trains with the counter/timers.
