DI DAQ 6003 not recognized on Windows11 Pro

Hi NI Community,

 

I am Windows 11 Pro user and installed ni_daq_mx 23.5 driver to run DAQ 6003 device. 

 

But my laptop is not recognizing the DAQ device.

 

When I tried using the same ni daq mx software on my coworker's Windows 10 laptop, the device is being recognized and working well.

You do seem to have a compatible version.

Hi,

 

 

An update to this issue, I went to device manager and clicked to update the USB drivers automatically.

So, it detected the device and NI DAQ is working fine.
